I did a search and can't find the files anywhere..

but my http oracle is working fine..

Do you think if I copy these files from somewhere else the make command will
work.

 Your .h files are supposed to be in /opt/oracle/product/9.0.2/Apache/Apache
/include

 Check if ap_oracle_version.h and http_oralog.h are there.
